The booking process

The guest makes the reservation online

  1. The guest chooses what he/she wants to book;
  2. The guest chooses date and time;
  3. The guest fills in his/her details and (if applicable) starts the payment;
  4. Ready! The reservation has now been placed and the guest (and you) will receive a confirmation by email.

During this process, the system works with a shopping cart. The objects the guest wants to book are clearly displayed with a price calculation. The guest can reserve several objects at once. This comes in handy!

Add a single reservation

Does a guest or customer want to make a reservation in a different way? For example by telephone or at the reception? Then you can add the reservation to the system yourself.
