RentAccent processes your personal data when you provide these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

RentAccent processes personal data for the following purpose(s) and on the basis of the corresponding legal grounds:

• To contact you if a contact request or demo request has been submitted (legitimate interest and/or performance of a contract)
• To carry out our services, for example in the case of an existing customer relationship (performance of a contract)
• To comply with legal obligations, such as tax retention requirements
   

How long we retain personal data

RentAccent does not retain personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data: first and last name, email address and telephone number are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the contact has been completed. In the event of a customer relationship, we retain the data for as long as required by tax legislation and other applicable laws.

RentAccent only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, for the delivery of our services (for example hosting providers, email service providers or analytics services), or to comply with a legal obligation.
