A detail page is an informative intermediate step in the booking process. Instead of booking directly from the overview, customers can click on “More info” to view a separate page with additional information about the rental item. This page can include:

Sometimes you want to tell customers a bit more than just a title, image, and price. Think of technical details, amenities, or additional explanations. That’s why RentAccent now allows you to enable a detail page for each rental item. As explained above, this extra page acts as an intermediate step in the booking process and provides visitors with more in-depth information about the item, without requiring them to book right away. Perfect for customers who want to compare options or read a bit more first.

Go to Booking Module > Show detail page and set this to ‘yes’.
Display in the booking module:
A ‘More info’ button will then appear for each bookable item. Customers can click through to the detail page and book directly from there if they wish.
Filling in the pages:
Enter both a short and a long description for each bookable item. Add multiple images and select relevant features (such as facilities or options) to provide a complete overview. The page is automatically generated based on this information.
This feature makes your booking process not only more informative, but also more user-friendly and conversion-oriented.
