
With RentAccent, you remain flexible in responding to the needs of your rental business. In this update, we introduce three useful features that contribute to better control, planning, and organization within your booking system:

Some bookable items should only be offered from a certain quantity onwards. Think of group packages, rentals with low margins, or products where it is not logistically profitable to supply small quantities. You can now set the minimum quantity required per reservation for each bookable item. This prevents unwanted bookings and helps you maintain control over your offer.

How to set it up:
Go to 'Rental items' and scroll down. At the bottom, set the minimum per reservation.
Do you need more time to prepare a booking? For example, for cleaning, external coordination, or deliveries? Previously, you could set a maximum preparation time of 1 week. From now on, this has been extended to 1 month. With this feature, you determine the minimum time between the moment of booking and the start of the rental period. This prevents customers from making last-minute bookings when you do not yet have time to prepare everything.
How to set it up:
For each rental item, you can define the minimum preparation time. You can now set this to 14 days, 3 weeks, or 1 month.
Previously, deleted bookings and rental items were moved to the trash but could not be fully removed. With this update, you can now permanently delete everything — including bookings that have already been paid online or on location.
Important to know:
This feature helps keep your system clean and organized, without unnecessary data from old or incorrect bookings.
With these new features, RentAccent offers even greater control over reservations, preparation time, and data storage. Whether you work with custom agreements, longer setup times, or strict data management: you configure everything yourself, exactly as it fits your rental process.
